I heard a little snippet about that the other day. That's way too Funny ! If it's for real the preacher had guts, maybe not any brains, but he had guts. LOL !!!

I wish I coulda been there, I'd of been on the floor laughing away(which would've been appropriate behavior at THAT funeral)!

I do not think personal agenda is appropriate for any funeral.
But a butt kickin' is a little sevier for the audiance's reaction!

Pastor Bethel referred to him as a "drunkard and a fornicator." Mrs. Bethel, who's also a preacher, says, "the fornicators didn't like what he said so they got up and beat him."

Well, he did figure out how to deal with the tricky situation of offering comfort at the death of an unbeliever. He didn't even try. Perhaps he could have been a bit more tactful(LOL...alot more tactful), but Christ and the apostles certainly prompted some angry mobs with their preaching.

Don't get me wrong, this guy may have been a real nut. But I think if there was more faithful preaching in the churches today, we might see more angry mobs.
