Can someone tell me what I'm watching

I'm watching some movie on Bravo right now. Been watching it for like an hour and I still don't know what the name of this movie is.

It stars William Hurt as some kind of Russian police officer investigaing murders that happened in Gorky park.

Attached is a screenshot. It's driving me nuts that Bravo won't identify the movie during breaks.

It still pisses me off that Bravo won't identify movie during breaks. They are sure having enough commercial breaks.
