hmmmmmm good thread
I can now understand you "old time" smokers......what I can't understand are the people my age and in their mid-20s who smoke or recently started....

Girls... after many teen years of being let down by girls a friend gave me one and said "try this".. I would quit and I would get let down again and I would start right back up.. it's a vicious cycle.

THAT was a big deal!
And again, I'll remind the young that this was before the Bic disposables, and a good lighter was a bit of a status symbol...

I can't remember why I started, I guess I quit drinking and had to have a bad habit.
Seriously, I had smoked years ago, peer pressure prolly, and quit in my late teens. Any way about 10 years ago I was depressed, and just smoked one, then another, and then 10 years after that I quit again. It's a lot harder to quit
