Just replied to a post from Lemon[H]ead on needing to quiet his Delta's down (see here), and I just got the mail and HAD to share! I had ordered my potentiometers from Jameco and they sent me a nice 185 page catalog along with the order. Well, I had been looking around and had ordered another catalog which just came today. Allied Electronics sent me one free that is 1,408 (one thousand four hundred and eight) pages!!!! The thing weighs in at SIX POUNDS!!! (Yes, weighed it on the scales!) The REAL topper is they sent me TWO of the exact same catalogs! Now what's in the back of my mind is they charge too much because they have to pay for all this!! Well, it is nice to have a Sears catalog sized parts book to browse while in the "library"...
