Energy drinks that taste good?
Today at work I am going off of 1 1/2 hours sleep. Besides my Pepsi, I though I would get one of the energy boosters. I tried Red Bull and that tastes like crap. Today I bought the KMX energy drink and it tastes like crap also (the blue one).
Does anyone know of one of these drinks that might be palatable and that actually works also?
Maybe I should have gotten some Mountain Dew...ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz...

Hi Fatal,
Is coffee, and tea off the list? Those would be my suggestions if you haven't thought of using them. Drink plain fruit juices- grape, orange, apple, grapefruit, all are high in simple sugars giving you a serious temporary boost.
Almost all the "energy" drinks I know of have "electrolytes" in them which makes them salty and I have never liked the flavor.
Dont worry, you'll make it. I had to go 38 hours once/ no sleep then after getting 2 hours of sleep had to do another 24 before finally getting 8 hours sleep. I am sure if I could do it you can.
Um suggestion: If you can, a cat nap of about 15 minutes will help immensly if possible(if your at an important job dont risk losing your job).

Excellent tasting beverage. http://www.thinkgeek.com/stuff/caffeine/2818.shtml
You might be able to find it at a local convenience or beverage store.
Whatever you do, DO NOT try "Amped", a product of Mountain Dew.....has the after taste of gummy bears. NASTY stuff.

For the sake of brevity, I said 1 1/2 hours last night. Night before it was 3 hours and the night before that was 2 1/2 hours. I can't tell if I am nervous because of the move.
I also might be that I am consuming so much caffeine during the day, that it's keeping me awake at night. I thought about not dringing and caffeine after 12:00pm, but that would mean I am sleep driving home.
Hey Knot...went to Taco Bell and tried the Code Red, not bad. Hopefull it will work (just not too well).

Try Battery . . . it is not recomended for children under the age of 13 because it has so much caffeine. :-)
