If you could take one channel off of the air...

Which channel would you remove from cable TV? I know I'd kill Lifetime. My mom watches it ALL THE TIME. The shows are so stupid and sappy, in all the movies, the women wear the pants and the husbands are all clueless idiots. Second choice would have to be CNN.

Ya, exactly what my mom says. But just the way they portray it, women can stand up to bad guys with guns and such not showing ths slightest sign of fear. The thing I hate is the sappiness. I love a woman who can stand up for herself, but all I hear on lifetime is "AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH MY BABY, HE TOOK MY BABY!!!!" or "YOU'LL NEVER TAKE MY BABY FROM ME" or "DON'T WORRY BABY, I'LL NEVER LET HIM HURT YOU". Bleh.

My mom watches it all the time too and since she does enjoy it soooo much, I wouldn't take it away....even though I myself would never watch it and do make friendly cracks about it

The catholic channel is good for entertainment..... I don't know the name of the network.....it's always good for a laugh though (NO offense to anyone)...I've just never experienced sooo much tradition in a church so it's "interesting" to see latin, "holy water" and golden candles and whatnot.......ummmmmm so maybe it's more educational than anything else?

AH the Flying Nun is on TV land....hmmmmmmm still surfing

there......the Hallmark Channel.....a bunch of B movies that never made it to theaters.
