911 poem
This is a poem with insitefull words that I got from someone I know got from someone he knows. So tell me what you think.
Nine eleven was a shock to all the nation,
Being the greatest tragedy in our generation.
Many firemen, policemen, and civilians as well
Died in the fire that created hell.
It was a sickening scene for America to see
While eveil men of destruction danced with glee.
Their mission of hatred was to kill and destroy
Using every evil means they could employ.
Airplanes became missiles on that fateful day,
Killing women and children and all in the way.
Oh, God, how can your people hate each other?
You made us one and they are our brothers.
We'll never forget that tragedy we claim,
But we also must forgive in the Master's Name.
Returning evil for evil is not what He taught.
It creates more hatred for which nations have fought.
What is the battle America must fight?
It is not to get even but to show what is right.
Men and women of America are dying today
To show the world that Christ is the way.
We do not fight for fortune and fame,
But for rights and freedoms in Jesus Name.
God gave us freedom in this great land.
We must do all to protect it as best we can.
