Looks more like disease to me. But, I could be way off.

What kind of tree is it? Age? I'll try to round up some more info.

it maybe a disease but alot of trees live to a finite age
and when they get old, nothing canbe done. i got one
in my front yard, it was huge and old, but this spring it died,
not one healthy leaf on it.
>>>>also, some trees die off all at once. in my neighborhood,
this one kind of tree died off everywhere in the neighborhood at once.

Well I have no idea what it is... But it appears to be a young tree.
Maybe 6 or 7 feet tall.. I live in a rental so I was just thinking maybe bugs I could spray cheaply .. actually I started to water it, then saw the pattern and realized it was not drought,, or so I think

If you have a local nursery, you could try taking the above sample and get their opinion. If anyone there knows anything (sometimes they do, sometimes they don't!), they'll no doubt be willing to give you some free advice. All the nurseries around here provide this service.

bebeangel, you're an angel! Now that I look at the pics you sent I see that it prolly is drought. I see from the pic that drought signs appear between the veins starting as spots and spreading. Closer examination of the top leaf shows just that.
