Should the destructive Jack Hammer be banned in the USA!

Should the Jack hammer be banned. Is there no valid reason to own one of these destructive devices. To answer this question one must know that this device has no other purpose than to destroy. Like the baby cousin of dynamite another weapon of destruction. The main function is to destroy products of other peoples labor. Many roads have been destroyed by this weapon of destruction. This weapon has no other valid function than the destruction of natural resources and construction materials.

Ok this sounds ridiculous correct. This is the same argument that many gun ban nutz use to get their point across. They say that hand guns are designed to kill people in reality this is true. However in the hands of a just person they protect lives from the unjust. Now I do not have guns for more than entertainment they have the side benefit of protecting me and my family from snakes where I live.

Ok where did this come from.. It just popped in my mind for some crazy reason. As I heard a jack hammer this morning as a gun grabber was speaking on the radio.

A gun is a tool, just like a jackhammer. The decision of how to use it is soley up to the operator.

very good point. my grandad owns a .22 rifle that he uses to shoot snakes, etc.. with as he lives in teh country. yes the are used to kill people sometimes. but cars kill people too, should we ban them?

Cars kill more people. Way more.

Most of the people killed by guns are also in the crime industry. and could not give a darn if they are banned.

The thoughts are not dissimiliar at all.

Now the same thing will happen to Jack Hammer like happend to the TV show Sledge Hammer..
That show should should never have been banned err cancelled from TV ..

Jackhammers should be banned. I was ready to kill my neighbor for using one to tear out a concrete porch very early last Saturday. Not only did he have a 90 pound hammer but he also had a huge freakin diesel compressor that was horribly loud.

See, it is true. Jackhammers dont kill people. People kill people.

Are you and your family under attack from snakes, or do you just like killing snakes?

Bees kill more people than snakes but I'm not sure if I should buy a gun I should buy to protect my family from bees.

Prolly depends on how big the bees get around your parts of the country.
