First off, let me say it's not for me... A friend of mine that lives in Mass just called and asked me about some sort of fat burner. (Ohhh why do I have to be the computer guy.. )
He lifts weights, runs, and is starting to watch his diet but he was wondering if any of that fat burner stuff you can buy in GNC actually works. (I am always curious of that as well. )

the best way to run and not alot of people know this is to run for 20+ minutes at your ages target heart rate. After twenty minutes is when your body starts burning off fat.

Yep. Best thing is to do cardio work. Run, bike, blade...anything that gets a sustained 60-80% max heartrate going. (max HR is 220 minus his age).
One trick bodybuilders use is to drink vinegar right before competitions. It helps in definition of muscles. Not sure how it works or if it works at all. A bodybuilder frined of mine used to do it. Your results may vary.
For me, I'/d rather be a little fatter than drink that.
