Keep in mind, Stacker is a big NASCAR sponsor (along with beer and cigarettes). Does that tell you anything about the people they're marketing to?
ROFL well Nascar needs sponsors also..

I agree totally with you, but keep in mind that a low carb diet is what you want to trim down on the fat...too many carbs (rice, pasta, etc) can lead to fat storage as well.

Stacker 2's are a horrible thing, stay far away
not from personal experience, but they crank up your system so its essentially a speeer.
They are habitual as well.
True True.. I was addicted to them for about a month.. thought they would help stop my metabolism from slowing down since I took a less strenous job..

This to is very true.. Water helps your body to clean itself out and metabolize fat quickly also 80% of Americans are chronicly dehydrated and don't know it because they haven't drank water in such a long time that their natural thrist is so weak that it is often mistook for hunger.. so the person eats and/or drinks a Cola or Diet cola which have adverse effects (more dehydrated) and in doing so the more hydrated you are the LESS water your body retains so when you start back into the habit of drinking 8 glasses a day you will notice that you lose alot of weight caused by retaining water.

Check out the The Hackers Diet

Alot of the guy talks about makes sense... you'll find just cutting back what you eat and drinking lots of water will make you lose lots-o-weight especially in the summer months..

I second Vass, stay away from these miracle pills. No one should be tweaking their body this way.

My charcoal grill (flares like the fires of Hell when I'm doing Tandoori chicken with ghee).
