I bought a snake!

I bought a snake today. It is my first one and I can already tell you that it won't be my last. I bought a baby ball python.

I used to be really afraid of snakes, but after just 1 day with one I knew I would have to get my own. I bought a boy and now I'm trying to think up a good name for him.

Any suggestions for a good name?

Nahhh not really... I would use that as a last resort if I couldn't figure out another name for him.
By the way, what does a baby ball python eat?

How small?
Pinky mice if its newborn, larger mice when ready, baby chicks also work well, rabbits after it grows up (rats are bad---they bite unless you "stun" them first) the cage must be kept clean with shaved pine and a hotrock or protected heat lamp made for the purpose, clean water is a must.
Try not to handle the snake immediately after it eats and dont leave food items in the enclosure unattended.
