Got a personal mosquito repellant favorite?

Havnt really needed this in awhile, im frequently outside at night---I know of DEET type sprays, got any favorites that work well?
Low odor is a bonus, im looking for a brand name that I can easily purchase...

I have a slow moving stream real close to me and Vector control cant control it at such a low flowing rate---EXTRA dry here in SoCal---driest winter on record...

I use the engorgement method. They stop biting when they are full. We live in the center of the mosquito world the great dismal swamp. We got em so big that we use small arms fire to keep em at bay.

the brand is not as important as the percentage of deet. look for a brand with 30% deet for adult's, 10% for children. wash it off after returning to the indoors. Also long term exposure can cause insomnia, and mood troubles.

Is Deet still "the good stuff?" or has there been any better formulations come down the pipe?, as I say it hasnt been an issue for awhile so I may be behind---ive increased my garlic quotient hoping that helps sway them :-)

Hmmm seems like you should know Epi---you mean you just tolerate it??? WOW!

Doubt my neighbors would dig me blowin off random rounds...

I heard there is some knind of Propane Mosquito trap. Something to do with mosquitos being atracted to a wast product of burining propane. Dunno, sounds like a Tim Allen certified bugzapper to me. I'd google it though. Sounds intresting, always wanted to BBQ the little buggers .

buy some citranella plants and keep them on your patio. Added bonus it smells like oranges and lemons
