What's up with file planet?

Every file I've seen on Fileplanet has a 2 hour wait on it! What's up?

They want you to so they wont increase bandwidth to accomidate demand.

But I've never seen FP backed up this bad. Is everyone dling every file on FP or something?

don't know maybe they have reduced the BW because they have enough paying soles. or just saturday traffic.

what are you trying to download?
Isn't the queues specific to the file you're trying to download?
like somebody trying to download a 5 yr old file where nobody is downloading it.. you can get it right away... if you're trying to download a demo that JUST came out today and EVERYbody is downloading it... sit in the queue.

do a search on a p2p prog like gnucleus. that's usually where i go if fileplanet is really busy. sometimes you can find those filse at other sites as well.

Weird though, but I looked at about 20 files (from the newest to the oldest) and they all had wait times of 100-130 minutes). O well, I dled them fine (had to go out anyway ).
