Anyone from Chicago?

The Wife, and I are going to Chicago for the 4th of July.
Does anyone know of cool places to see? (Bsides the obvious IE: Filed museum, sears tower, Navy peir).
Maybe places off the beaten path.
Last night on Insomniac with Dave attell he went to a Hot dog stand called the Weiners circle where the Employess Swear at you, and belittle you while you order, and wait for your food. it looks really cool. I want to know where this is. I believe it is somewhere near Wrigleyville, but am unsure.
Does anyone know where I can find this restaruant?

I am also going to see the Billy goat.

Also the Museum of Science & Industry is sweet! Ya gotta see Omnimax (its at the museum)

Stadium seating with literally a wrap-around screen like a dome around you... very cool
They also have lots of other cool toys there Used to go a lot as a kid.
Shedd Sea Aquarium is also pretty cool
Sears Tower of course, if you're into that kind of thing.. There is a House of Blues there too

I think the Navy Pier is just a tourist trap, but since it's the 4th of July they should have a parade or something that you could go to.

GO see the Blue man group!! Very entertaining.

Well, I wish that I could say you should go visit Naval Station Great Lakes - Naval Training Center because we are supposed to do some really cool stuff on the 4th, but alas, there will be no party on base this year. (NTC is about 30 minutes north of Chicago near Waukegan & Six Flags) I would recommend anything you already have before you there. I don't know where the fireworks will be because I will not be here anymore on the 4th. But I would suggest downtown, near the lake. Hopefully the weather will cooperate! Have a great time in Chicago!
