Getting a little warm

Had the Del Sol top off yesterday (air conditioning too expensive to fix) for my 1 hour drive home.

My watch tells the temperature...120 degrees on the freeway. A summer of this and I am going to be svelte.

It's a dry heat.

We're required by law to mention that every time we talk about the heat.

Here in Michigan we have all sorts of heat...

Had a snow fall the night before and ninety plus that afternoon...

Today it was in the upper eighties and HUMID, wanted to swim around the yard...

Seriously though, the weather here is always wet, one way or another. Had a co-worker that went out west somewhere to an arthitis (sp?) clinic, and was looking better after just a few weeks out of the humidity here.

here in dallas we have humid heat, humid heat, and humid heat. It's been in the upper 80's here and that's really cool for this season.

UGH Humidity was HORRIBLE this week!
I wanted to take a knife and slice a hole for me to walk through it!

Definately one of the times I'm glad I have an inside job
No idea how people can work out on blacktop in the summer

Therometer by the pool read 120 this past Friday, and this is not a dry heat here in se tn! Needless to say, I turned around, walked back in, and haven't been back out to the pool during the day since then. BTW, its a nice 66 in my computer room right now, and this is where I intend to spend my days until this winter!

It was relatively hot last week here (90's), but a cold front came through Sunday and last night we had frost on the ground. The sprinkler system was turned on overnight and everything was coated with ice this morning.

But next week, I'll be in Mesa all week with you, Fatal Xception. I'll try to bring some of the cold air with me. Are you anywhere near the Mesa Residence Inn?
