There is button on the "Post Reply" page that will do it. It has IMG written on it.

I think you can also use

Yep, In the gallery, right click on the image, then select "properties". It'll give you the URL for the image. Highlight the URL, then right click, and copy it. Then paste it between the tags that TheBurningCat gave.

I am not serious! well maybe a little but! happy did not look genuine when forced for the camera. So I chose serious.
