Booo... front suspension is for wienies (and those people that can afford to not get their arms rattled off)

. That sounds like a pretty sweet bike though. My old Treck 820's been kicking for a good while now (5 years), and the only real trouble I've had is with the Shimano brakes. They were apparently a defective model with these plastic spring holders that cracked off all four parts. The big problem though is
no suspension. It can make you lose the good mother earth at times

But it answer to your topic, yeah I love it. I even took a machete and carved out a 1/5 mile long track from the wooded lot next door to ride in those brief times when you can't get a full workout or go somewhere cool. That path is getting pretty well worn, but on the 4th of next month I'm going to a basically unihabited island where there are over 50 miles of backwoods paths/roads and only 9 other students to share with, so no hikers/backpackers getting all worked up over my activities.
