Ever bought a vehicle online??? (I did)
Ive purchased so many things online and saved so much $$$ its unreal, so I thought id give it a try---I was looking for a car with particular options and color but couldnt locate it in my area so out of frustration I searched online and found a company called CarsDirect that promised me they could get the car.
I configured the car online thru their interface and submitted it last Thursday, within an hour a customer rep called to say he was on it and would get back to me, an hour later he calls and has found the exact match, simple agreement via email and the truck is being shipped from San Diego (100 miles away) to my location within hours, I goto a local dealer Friday morn with a cashiers check and in 30 mins im driving down the freeway having saved $4000 off the sticker price getting exactly what I wanted, it was the easiest auto purchase ive ever made, no hassles no jackin around w/greedy salesman, I was treated VERY well and got the vehicle within 24 hours---PRETTY COOL!!!

You're the first person I've ever heard from who's bought a vehicle online. I'm glad to hear it was such a good experience!
Love the truck, BTW! I have a '97 Ram 4X4 back in the states....I miss it. Which engine to you opt for?

I knew someone who bought a Saab 900 on Ebay.......holy sugar honey iced tea, I would never buy an older vehicle online without first driving it (at least) and having it checked out first...........it turned out ok for her though. It's amazing how much integrity is still left in this world, like on Ebay.

No its a new '02, I just looked at Carsdirect and they do also locate used cars for you---not sure how that would work tho and it looks like they only go back a minimal amount of years and the cars are from dealers not private party, it could expand your resources to locate a specific car, its free to use so it might be worthwhile to investigate...
