hypersentitive???

I know this is gonna sound really stupid but anyways here goes.

Does anyone find themselves extrememly sentitive to touch or viberations?

I have always had extrememly sentitive touch, but in the past several months i have notice it getting worse. I say worse cause it bugs me.

For example: kids or anyone with heavy walking thorugh house or building will send viberations through me to the point it hurts.

OR

Person is doing hammering in the garage or somewhere in the house the viberations will drive me absolutly bonkers and will litterly cause my body to hurt, cause I can feel each reberation of the noise.

I can't describe the "hurt" its like my nerves are screaming out in irriation or soemthing.

Maybe it would be easier if I try to visually describe it.

You know how a guitar strings if you watch them and you can see them viberate really fast at first and then it slowly slows down till the sound has obliterated? Well that is the best way I can describe what my body feels like.

Don't say go to a doctor cause chances are I won't, seems like a silly thing to me and something I just got to live with. I have just noticed in the past several months its been getting more sentitive, Dunno if it has anything to do with my being Deaf cause most Deaf people are sentitive to viberations but I have never heard to the extent that I feel it.

anyone go through this and have some handy dandy home remedies?

Mabye you're developing super powers like superman? (joke)

Could it be your body attempting to make up for another lack of input? I don't know much about anatomy or the human mind, but mabye it likes a certain level of sensory input?

Just shooting into the dark.

I used to have a home remedy, but then I quit drinking earlier this year, and now I'm like an exposed nerve!

Stress huh? Dunno about that. Not sure how stress can make me feel like a guitar being strummed on.

Drinking doesn't do anything either. So I don't do that.

Oh well, thanks for the input anyways.

Are you a normally uptight or stressed? When I am on edge, I get similar feelings. My senses are hightened and every little thing bothers me (hurts).

Just a thought

er we should say.. Am I abnormally uptight or stressed? I am always stressed or uptight . I am constantly being told to relax. Anyhow I am not more stressed than normal IMO.

NeoStar

Edit: Wait a min, ya its been a rough couple of months cause everything has hit me all at once. So ya maybe it is stress. Now that I think about it a min, my best friend last night told me I need to get them boxing gloves I been talking about forever cause that is something we do alot is box with each other. Said I needed to get a boxing bag and gloves so when he is not there as my punching bag that I will have something to punch. But geeeezzz a punching bag won't be as good as someone throwing punches back at me to block.

I always feel good and relaxed after a little boxing match with my best friend.

I'm very sensitive...in some places.

...no seriously...I agree with the others. Stress might be it. I hope you can resolve this.

(Dunno what to write...just got out of bed. Good Morning TechIMO. )

HAHAHAHAH!! I think your friend is pretty smart, Neo!

Sometimes it takes some outside advice, somebody else who cares enough to think about you, and has the courage to tell you about it.

Uh, oh...everybody RUN!! She's lacing up them GLOVES!!
