oral surgery in 6hours is it safe to eat?
In six hours i'm off to the dentist to fix my teeth
im going to be put to sleep since they have a lot of work to do

They told me that i couldn't eat for 24hours before surgery
well it's been 18hours now and i HAVE TO EAT something

is it safe ? or are they just afraid that i might well you know

If you are going under general anesthesia or "twilight sleep" (IV sedation) you should not eat.

The usual instruction I've seen is no food after midnight...

all i have to look forward to is the pain in my nose and arm after they insert their tubes and stuff :/

Do not eat. If you do, they may postpone procedure. If you do, you may regret it because you may see it again. Please don't do it, it just isn't worth it. They tell you no food after midnight for a reason. It can be very dangerous.

Good Luck on the surgery!!!!!
