I think its california.
I wouldnt go or live there because of quakes, too many people, Heavy traffic, having to deal with strange people, High prices, lack of real leadership, etc.

didn't they leave the us due to rampant illegal immagration skewing of the vote.

while not an actual state I would have to say that by per capita it would have to be the district of columbia.(as in washington D.C.)

California does have a lot of mexicans which is bad and good, IMO, at the same time......I like it because I have this thang for hispanic women  , so that's good . Plus Cali has lots of diff. geography, so I think it's good...
I think New York is the most urbanized state. I wouldn't live there because I hate the accent and - IMO - the state is all the same, with 2 different parts  : 1) New York City 2) the rest of New York.
