I heard "what if 911 never happened essay" where can i find it???

Today on WNIS in Tidewater virginia, aka norfolk VA, I heard an essay on what would have happened if the President had reacted to the memos with simular measures to what we have in place now post 911.

Has any one heard it and can they post it if they did.

I have searched the web for hours with no luck. I missed the beginning, so I have no Idea who wrote it.

It basically is a timeline to his impeachment for abuse of his office for over reacting to the prevention of a terrorist act.

It read perfectly as to what I envision would happen if he had done something...

I guess it would of depended on his reaction.
If he'd gone in and bombed the livign hell out of aghanistan .. then yes there would of been some investigation going on. However, chances are the american people would of never known about what happened. Things would of just "happened". I don't think anything would of changed, we would of just gone on like any other day.

But what if they had instituted the things in place now. And had swept the middle eatern population the way they did after 911.

What if he took all the post 911 actions prior to any attack in an attempt to halt the attack.

The story had a ring of truth to it and I just want some one to tell me if they heard it and could provide a link...
