There is a silver lining in every cloud. Hope you find yours. Even if the worst happens you will often do better on the open market then growth within a company. They will pay more for a person off the street than they pay for an internal candidate... Hope this is the case for you.

I hear you Cruez. I'm on the next list of lay-offs here as well. We're only expected to have enough work to stay busy until the end of June. I've been looking around a bit... Never a bad idea, even when you're stably employed. Never know what you can find.
