DNC say it is photo exploitation.


Darn it all, It is a photo of a president on an airplane doing his job. Not only is it not tacky, but it is a rediculous allegation on the DNC's part. This seems to be throwing spaghetti at the wall
to see if you can get it to stick.

Conservative talk radio made me sick as well. Trying to compare Clintons escapades with this incident. They are not even in the same category. Lets compare:
Presidents C and B
C - Monica in the oval office
B - A conversation with VP on phone on AF1
C - Rents out the lincoln bedroom, a historic landmark.
B - Well they dont have anything else
C - Raped a woman.
C - Groped a woman in oval office against her will.
C- Pardons people for money in last days of term.
C- ...

I don't get it. DNC, isn't this the pot calling the sun black.

The Republican party used a picture of the president taken on 11 Sept for a fund raiser. The Democrats, who appear to have a bit too much time on their hands lately, have charged that the Republicans exploited a national emergency for their own selfish gain.

Petty politics at its finest.

not know.

There is this big controversy was this big controversy on the news last night. Where RNC is giving one of three photo's of bush for a donation of 150$. One of the photo's is of President Bush on Air Force 1 talking on the phone with the vice president.
He has a determined look on his face and the photo happens to be from 9/11 hours after the Twin Towers were hit

The DNC is basically saying that this exploiting the events of 911 for Republican gains. I contend that it does not have anything to do with exploitation and falls no where near what his Bush's predecessor did. I further contend that there was no wrong doing at all on Bush or RNC.

It is in poor taste and a mistake to use the events surrounding the 911 tragety for a political fundraiser. As were the postcards of the burning twin towers being sold in NYC for profit. It would be better to give the proceeds to charities that are low on funds due to the generous giving that redirected charitable donations to the victoms of 911. That being said, where can I get one.

Well, the Democrats just sent out thousands of letters to California college students inviting them to "meet Governor Gray Davis in person." For a small (political) contribution of only $100.

They expect to garner about $100,000 from this little "gesture."

I could give a care what Bush wants to do to raise money, as both parties use the same tatics for reaching their findrasing goals. Trying to single one party out is quite absurb in my opinion. They both have faults, deal with it.
