Horse Racing

With the Kentucky Derby finished, we are now looking at the second jewel in the triple crown, The Preakness. It'll be run in Maryland this Saturday. Anyone else interested in the races?

I am not a major fan of Horse Racing but I do get my share of it and follow the major events. I live in the Derby City and this time of year we eat, drink and sleep horse racing...

Do you think War Emblem can pull it off? If he races like he did for the Kentucky Derby then he will not have a problem. I will drop some money on him.

I go to the track sometimes I will be going to the local track on Sat to bet on the Stakes. I had an disagreement with someone about whether a horse knows if he won or not I said yes he said no. opinions?

Horses like to race but I find it hard to believe that it knows its won. They have a natural instinct to get there head in front and be the fastest but i'm more than sure they don't know where the finish line is.
