Technical Bliss (low $$$ version...)
I am lovin life, watching my hockey in STEREO! I don't miss a thing. My wife is not the happiest, but I get to watch hockey (with no sound) on the top TV while we watch Home and Garden TV on the other (JUST KIDDING HONEY!). More like, while we watch Bill O'Reilly on the other, which we did tonight. My wife was confused when I yelled "HIT HIM!" She thought I was talking about Bill hitting his guest...

This is Dave's wife. I just want to say that Dave is dreaming if he thinks this horrid little arrangement is going to be a permanent fixture in our living room.

We sit down to watch TV "together", and right in the middle of Buffy (or whatever show I'm watching), he screams bloody murder at the hockey game going on on the "Upper Level" television.

I'll humor him for a little while. Then the "auxillary" TV is going back to the office.

LOL! You guys actually watch them both @ the same time?

Improvements.....hmmmmm, if you had a reciever you could plug in headphones and watch your stuff in SOUND!!!!!

Hmm how to get better....
Temporarily move the vcr aside...
Put another TV next to the other one, and put the VCR on top of the TV

Hey Dave, just think she can watch Friends on one and Dawsons Creek on the other!!
Sounds like heaven for my wife at least LOL

I think that all the guys here should be and plead to help a fellow male out....

PLEASE LET HIM KEEP THE TV! for the love of seeing guys with knives strapped to thier feet carrying big sticks and hitting each other please!

Yeah, we could start a poll: "Should Dave keep the upper TV?"

I think a poll would be a fair and democratic way of doing things.
Despite the small fact that 98% of the members are male.

My living room has become like a game room. Computer wise that is
Presently there are 5 computers in the livingroom (a couple of them are supposed to be leaving.)plus the 27inch tv(one cpu is for the tv/dvd)
all networked together.
now I just need to meet some people local and I could have my own little lan party. Most of my friends aren't in to gaming. I'm working on them though.
