Graduation T-minus 2 hours and counting

Well, this long road is coming to an end. Others await me I am sure. At 1:30 this afternoon I receive my BS in Biosystems Engineering from MSU. I am really going to miss MSU.

My last semester kept me quite busy (16 credits, 3 400 level engineering, 1 300 level engineering, + my senior design course), so I had little time to hunt down a job for myself. So I am unemployed right now. I should be able to find something over the course of the next month. It would have been great to have graduated a year or two ago before the market slowed like it did. However, it is hanging in there, and is nowhere near as bad as the market that has met some grads of the last ten years.

Lots of feelings right now... pride, fear, sadness, happiness, confusion, relief, tension... all rolled into one.

Moving out of the self contained metropolis called Michigan State Univ. eh?
Place is way toooooooo big (too many students per class IMO) I like the smaller schools
Are you going to end up goin to Grad school?
Yep finally getting that piece of paper is quite a load off the shoulders, and then it adds a completely different load to your shoulders shift change I guess lol

Congrats again, and good luck on the job scene!
btw, Maryland is big on Bio related jobs, and VA is growing in this field so if you're willing to move don't leave this area out of your field of vision.

Hey now vass, I told you about my dad trying to find a job somewhere in MD or VA... Then you WILL have another pop drinker down there with you..hehe
