with all due respect to individuals...

as a whole, this communitys' reaction to my mistake, which i rectified, does not accurately reflect its' own self-image.

anyone genuinely interested in the progress of my project can find current news on my original thread at the other site.

...and all this time i thought i was overly-sensitive...geez.

It would appear to be part of a trade gone wrong.

Err, how about some links or more information, audidog, to show us why we are so bad - I'm with agent - I don't have a clue what this is about.

Teach us the error of our ways (without breaking forums rules, of course )

Thanks
Mick

HERE is the thread about his project. Sounds like a GREAT and WONDERFUL idea to me. I know there was some speculation as to whether or no this was for real at one time. As far as what augidog/leed is talking about being overly sensitive, I honestly don't know...

OK, I can remember the project being discussed now. Sounds great to me too. I also remember a post by SoCalGal absolving audidog of any troll activity (see this: http://www.techimo.com/forum/showthr...dog#post184065). But what is the matter now augidog? What did we at TechIMO do wrong? Please let us know

Cheers
Mick

like i said...all due respect to individuals, BUT...

anyone care to post a link to my thread at TechIMO? can't find it? oh, that's right, it's GONE, removed when i became a troll.

read up (on the other site) on my progress, and you'll realise i can no longer spend half my time defending myself, which is what my efforts here were reduced to.

I would think this is obviously only an oversight, augidog, and I for one am sorry it happened. How about you PM SoCalGal or ScottW the admin, and state your case. I'm sure it can be rectified with your good bonafides and intentions.

Bear in mind, though, that TechIMO does have rules about what can and can't be posted on these boards, and I don't think "soliciting" is allowed. However a description of your project and it's aims would not be construed as "soliciting" IMO, but it would still be up to the admins. I do recommend a PM to SoCalGal and ScottW to fix this up.

I hope you can get it fixed.

Cheers
Mick

Augidog, your thread "U.S. Military Vets Need Your Help" requesting donations was removed (not deleted) from the traders forum.

If you want to have it reinstated or want to resume your business please contact Socalgal. The community forum is not the proper platform for this discussion.

From the TechIMO FAQs.

The Staff or TechIMO.com will be glad to discuss or help regarding any issue related to posting procedures, appropriate content and Forum conduct and policies.
