Maybe he's unbanned again. Scott does tend to be the kind of guy who gives people chances. And that's not a bad thing, IMO.

BTW, go easy on the kid, folks, if he's back. We all make mistakes. Learn from 'em and get on with it.

edit: Actually I think banned members can still log in - they just can't post or vote or anything. Another banned member said something like that recently.

Yeah, if he is browsing and his cookies are still there, then he is logged in automatically when he comes on the site. He just can't post, like mickwish said.

A generic explanation is..
When any member is banned, they may still browse the boards, they just can not post or partake in any function of the boards.
Cookies enable the member to show up in the control panel.

Now I think this entire subject has been discussed enough.
