Some whacko keeps emailing my sister with weird stuff......
It's completely whacked.....reminds me of a former member of timo. Here are the emails, in the order she sent them to me in:

Just block the address and should rid the problem for now.

My sis was entertaining the idea of contacting the police? How would she report the dude? I have all his personal information (name, phone #, address).

Problem is to document a same sender. doesn't BlackIce have file on incoming attempts to hack and so maybe the person is a repeat offender. Problem is--there doesn't seem to be anything major-league illegal such as threatening or use of foul language.
A "block" would probably get a changed email address.
Contact the ISP. It's their responsibilty to stop harrassment and the ISP aggreement usually gives them the right. Put the burden on the carrier to police their subscriber's misconduct.
Other alternative is to use disposable hotmail or yahhoo addys. Change every 3 to 6 months.

EDIT: Actually that "virus" stuff is reasonably construeable as "threatening" and putting you sister in fear. There's your ammo.
