JD8 makes them look like Martha Stewart, with a slight beer problem

Same night, but it's now 3:00am. The music is back and with authority. It wakes us up again and this time I'm ready to kill somebody. Instead, I call the police. The funny thing is that when the police officer arrives, JD8 can't hear the officer knocking on the door. By now, my wife and I are glued to the window hoping to see some police brutality (yeah it's bad). The officer proceeds to walk around the house shining his flashlight into the windows hoping to get a glimpse of what's happening inside.

As the officer is walking back towards the front of the house, JD8 opens the door and sees the police car. He panics and slams the door shut. The officer sees the light shining on the front lawn and runs to the front door. The officer starts pounding on the door, and shouting. After about thirty seconds, the door opens and the cop goes inside the house. We can hear the officer screaming for them to turn the music off. Sweet!

I meet the officer by his car and he tells me to call him back if I hear anything so he can take everyone to jail. It was beautiful.

Not quite as bad as JD8 but these fine folks sure affected more people in the neighborhood...

Edit--->update: Just swept the beercans and McDonalds mess up from the 4 homeless people they recruited to move all their worldly goods...ahhhh...gone at last...

I may now have an idea what to do for a webpage.

Our nieghbor next door patches the "chicken wire" fence with sheet metal, garbage all over the driveway......engine blocks/transmissions/old car parts all over the yard......

And our nieghbor downstairs just built a "shed" for his ride-on tractor out of 4 pieces of wood fencing and used top quality clear plastic for the "roof". The guy downstairs also likes to cut the grass whenever we have a family get together.
OH, before you say beat his Azznik, he is about 60 yrs old and the wife is sisters with the landlord.
We would move but our rent hasn't changed in 5 years($650/m), it's a huge yard, beautiful apartment (the house part).

Heck, that guy isn't bad at all. You guys should see the dumpster that now sits in my neighbor's yard. Or the growing stack of scrap metal and garbage. Or the mud where grass DID grow. He is actually a worthless dope-head capable of siring two children but not holding a job. His wife works. They moved in with his invalid dad, the property owner and things have gone straight to he!!. He even works on outboard motors late at night, runs the things in a garbage can.

So, what was a pretty nice little area of two new houses and one nicely remodeled one is rapidly becoming a pig sty. I try to keep their trash out of my yard but it's near impossible.

I wonder if I could get off with justifiable homicide?
