Ok I'm starting to panic.

This is the last week of actual school I have.

I then have five weeks of internship.

Then I'm unemployed.

I'm panicing.

There are no jobs.

I have plans on moving to a bigger city.

Can't get an apartment if I don't have a job.

I have no working experience. I don't have a university degree. So far (after Swedish 'high-school'...I think) I have one year multimedia production and two years IT-coordination.

I'm panicing.

I guess I'll end up flipping burgers at Max...heh.

Don't panic, that won't get ya anywhere. Try some sort of positive activity like exercise, tai-chi, meditation. Keep a cool head and smile on your face. Things will work out for you. Things always have a way of working out. Begin networking and information seeking......... see where it leads...

Many times internships end with a job offer. Work the hardest you ever have in those 5 weeks. Also, 5 weeks is plenty of time for new jobs to be opening up. Check every day. You'll find something.

Hmmm, I've been working for three years and have become the resident guru for what I do. They're still going to lay me off in two months when the company almost goes under because management is running it into an iceberg.

Everything happens for a reason, right?

Hey wait, is this going to affect The Plan??

-Whir

(By resident guru, I mean the only person here that knows more than nothing about the subject matter, not that I know much about it myself. )

Thanks.

This is a delicate part of The Plan. After this, The Plan will really show its greatness. (and who could resist to hire The Man with The Plan?)

btw I thought the last year as a teenager was gonna be the toughest year for a while...

Yeah, just relax and think things through. You'll do fine. Just like KA said, a lot of internships end up with a job offer. Show the people that you are interning for that you know what you're doing!

Right on!

Also: Rule 1) Don't sweat the small stuff.
Rule 2) It's all small stuff.
(Well, a lot of it, anyway...)

Stick to the Plan.

The company that I work for hired me on full time before my internship expired.

Learn all you can while you are there, ask questions, show interest in learning what they do, work extra, show them what you know and that you are not affraid of learning. This should get you a job offer rather quickly.
