is there such a thing?? i m trying to find the parents of my best friend who was killed when he was 16( around`68) . tried anywho,but i need something where a state isnt required for the search.

This is a long shot, but go to
Google
and type in their first and last name like this:
"John Smith"
.
Make sure you include the quotes. They keep the two words together in that order and only look for occurrences exactly as shown.
