I know that this is here so we can cath trouble makers but i have never say "not Logged" or whatever it says(never seen it dont know)

Whats a reason why it might not be logged?

Not sure what exactly you're asking, either, but everyone's IP is logged with every post, AFAIK.

What i was questioning was why does it state this for everone to see when it logs everyone. I thought it might not be able to log some sort of connection like a sat or soemthign.

In a way it acts as a deterrent. Characters that enjoy joining a community simply to flame and/or break rules and regulations will think twice when they see this...hopefully.
