Looking for something, need your help

Im not quite sure what this is called, bu in the gyms they have this table, that shows age and heart beat.

It helps to check whether someone is doing progress (fitness) or just hurting themselves.

Whats this table called and where could I find one like that ?.

I've never heard of such a table. I cannot see it as being accurate as a measure of a person's age/fitness level. The only thng that comes to mind is a body fat %

Might want to call around the gym shops as ask about this or go back to the gym shop you saw it in. Or call the local college fitness department. They might be able to ehlp out.

Speaking of body fat, the Health Fair at work did a measurement a couple of years back.

I'm 5'11" @ 175#

They measured mine at 7% the lowest number of all 200+ employees, mine was the same as a competition bicycle rider and I'm muchhh bigger than this guy.

Perhaps all those years on the farm chopping wood and mending fences, chasing cows etc kept ol Doc Lean & not-so-mean

Hell I dont have room for fat
I know sometimes to measure body fat % they'll put you in a water tank to see how much water is displaced, then measure that with your height and weight.
