I don't watch too much TV because for one thing IMO, programming usually bites. But these are my favorites these days:

-Alias (like watching a movie every week, I never miss this one)
-AFP: American Fighter Pilot (somewhat like an Air Force recruiter ad but still very cool)
-The Agency
-The Practice

However, one show I will stop to watch is the classic who's line is it anyway... SO FUNNY!!
