I wouldnt be surprised if courtney killed him. I don't have a nice opinion about her

I think she's the reason there isn't a boxed set yet. Dave Grohl and, uh, the other guy, can't remember his name, want to release a boxed set but Love thinks she owns the Nirvana name now. So they're all in court battling over the rights to all the Nirvana stuff. Have been for years.
