A friend of mine from palestine sent me this link regarding the ongoings between Israel and Palestine

The difference in these storeis is appaling. One is a student writing for hope of help, while the other is a major news corporation, painting the Israeli's as the bad guys at this time.
It personally saddens me greatly that if anything close to the account of the palestinian is happening that we can look the other way. I hardly believe that our government is unaware of the happenings, but fully believe that they will never admit to that. I would write more but must get to bed, 6:30 will come early.

I'm not sure why, but I get the impression that the Palestinians are the "hillbilly cousins" of the Arab world.

Syria won't take 'em in.
Lebanon won't take 'em in.
Jordan won't take 'em in.
Arabia won't take 'em in.
Egypt won't take 'em in.
Everybody thinks they are just trouble.

If the Arabs won't have them, why would Israel?

Palestine is their land too.
Israel is not obliged to 'keep' them.
Israel is obliged to get the hell off their land.
To go somewhere else would defy the purpose of all the struggle man!.

Palestine belongs to the Palestinians as well.

I got a sudden urge of finding a bit more about the history of this conflict.

If it is flawed, please point me out to another location.

I'd tend to have more sympathy over the israeliz.
