This is ONLY good on Carburetor'd engines.
The airflow on a carb pulls the fuel into the intake by two means, venturi action on the main jet and float boal pressure from the air vents.
Alignment of the air by the Tornado "might" help a little..
On a fuel injected engine, nada, nothing, waste of money as the fuel is pressurized into the engine either from a Throttle Body injector, port injector, or direct injection.
