I Sleep too Much.

I'm on holidays and lately have been sleeping for way too long at really odd hours. Yesterday i stayed up all night LANing and i couldn't sleep wehn i got home at nine in the morning and then went to bed at 1am and woke up at like midnight. I went on the net for a few hours, then hit the hay around four. Today i woke up at 2pm.

Is this too much sleep?

Sleep less.

It's a matter of "pulling" your body back into a sleep schedule... If you wake up at 6pm, go to bed at a "normal" time, regardless of whether or not you can sleep. Just keep pulling those sleeping hours closer and closer to your desired time slot.

You may be like me.. I HATE sleeping the day away. There's nothing worse! Don't get me wrong, the night isn't too bad. That's probably why I get so few hours sleep!
