Isreali Tanks Move on Ramallah
According to ABC_News effectively entering Arafat's compound and arresting numerous members of his HQ staff according to TV news.

Another suicide bombing today following yesterday's

Arafat, not taken into physical custody, although HQ as I understand it is surrounded by Isreali tanks in targeted military action.

yeah i already posted that, i just didn't have link to the news source

correct me if i'm wrong but didn't they have tanks around his camp for like a few weeks?

Has anyone seen a posting of the 'Saudi Peace Proposal'?

All I have seen are sentance fragments used in news stories. And I really don't like basing opinions on what is probably highly biased quotes.

I have to think that the bobing combined with the peace proposal is the reason for the recent attack. Not just one or the other, but the combination of continued terrorist activity with a highly insulting diplomatic action.

I think that they withdrew for a week or so. They are back now though.

Israel - Palestine thing is like chicken and the egg.

they suicide bombed us first.... no they took our homes first....

neither can stop because: if Palestine stops, Israelis won't think twice about moving into newer settlements. Israel can't stop because the public wants revenge for all the suicide bombings.

it's not that they don't want peace, it's that they, politically speaking, can't achieve peace.
