Take saucepan, 1-1/2 cups water, throw in a tea bag, fire it up.
When it boils, switch to low heat, let simmer for 5 min.
Turn off heat, toss teabags, add a cuple tablespoons of honey, plus 1/3 teaspoon of red Cayenne pepper, and juice of 1/2 a lemon.
You have to drink the whole thing. Add more honey if you like. The active ingredient is the Cayenne, so you're gonna sweat. Watch tv, take a nap (if you didn't use a heavy, caffiene-rich tea like Lipton's,) When you get back up an hour or so later, you should be fine!
I have heard some people precede this with a shot of whiskey. To each his own...good luck , buddy!
