Not feeling so well lately

I've not been feeling so well lately. I seem very very tired at all times. To the point of being weak. I get an upset stomach every time I eat, although, I never seem to really lose my appetite. Also have a bad headache tonight..... The being tired is the worse though. I was so tired today that my eyes physically hurt. I took off work on Friday to rest, so I should not be this tired.
Any ideas of what I need to do or what is wrong?

one word...

DOCTOR

I was feeling pretty bad a few weeks ago, started getting really weak and feeling my hands shaking a lot...
Went to the doc, got the problem quite possibly worked out and now working on the solution
Got me some meds to alleviate the symptoms, and will soon be working on the actual problem...

I HATE doctors!! (no offense Doc, you're ok lol )
But I broke down and did it and SOOO glad I did!!!
Having the shakes really sucks :/ lol

AS mentioned above, you're just gonna have to break down and see a doc... it could just be the flu but many times you're better off knowing for sure
Lessens your stress a bit knowing as well

Geekgrl, it sounds like you're trying to describe DEPRESSION.

Not to disagree with TKOP and Vass, they may be correct as well...but that "tired" thing you emphasise, plus the crap going on at the office lead me to think you may very well be suffering from this.

I used to hear about people complaining about "clinical depression" and I used to snicker about them....until I had to deal with it myself....now I don't make jokes about it anymore.

Cool...now you have TWO things to worry about....happy to help!

Seriously, though, stay in touch...your online family is concerned.

Everybody could be right and everybody could be wrong. There are any number of things including viral infections, vitamin / mineral deficiencies, blood pressure problems, stress related disorders and even pregnancy ( ) that can cause these vague types of things.

Suggest find a good diagnostician and get some tests run to eliminate what can be eliminated and by a process of elimination work out what it is likely to be.

But what NOT to do is ignore your bodies early warning systems and say it will just "go away". It may, but do you want to risk your future health on that chance?

IMO anyway

A concerned Mick

i won't jump to some psychological conclusion like everybody else

what you are describing sounds like a lack of iron and various other nutrients in your diet. try eating lots of spinach and maybe take some Centrum

I will not try and analize your symptons, I sadly have poor judgement. I will though wish you all the best and hope that you feel better as soon as possible.

And if you need to talk to anyone, Fell free to find me.

that's the great thing about internet friends, you can say anything you want without resorting to awkward moments or pauses

*edit*
just eat lots of vegetables and try playing some Counter-Strike or something to take your mind off of your entire world falling apart
