Cleaning a water cooler

The water guy said it's easy to clean our water cooler just take the top part off and clean the cylinder inside. Three of us tried to take the top off and it won't give. We don't want to break it. Is their a way to get this off??

Thanks

Depends on what you got I guess... You should just be able to twist and pull off the little thing that the bottle sits on.

Maface I used to work for culligan so I can tell you how to do it. First I need to know if the case is metal or plastic. The plastic ones you just pull real hard. They are a major pain & don't worry about breaking it b/c it's almost impossible. The only way I ever broke one was by using a screwdriver to pry the top off.
