Waiting Period For Store Submission?

If I submitted a store last Thursday, should I expect to see it available for review by now? If I contacted ResellerRatings about the delay, a couple days ago, should I have received a reply by now?

The Store in question is "The Catalytic Converter Store", and Auto Parts Now, which are one in the same.

Basically, I'd like to know, WTF?

You should have received an automatically generated email when it was approved, which from what I gather, was around 1/30 or 1/31.

If do you did not spot the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder just in case. RR sends thousands of automatically generated emails daily, which some mail providers/filters might mistake for unsolicited emails.

It's usually only half a day or so. But, this is a holiday weekend, so YMMV...

I recently joined the site and have already submitted my first store. I have yet to write any reviews as I haven't yet come across a company on the site with which I have recently made a purchase. However, I am very much looking forward to seeing my submitted store appear, and I look forward to reviewing the many companies I do business with and integrating with the Reseller Ratings community in the weeks and months ahead.

What am I doing wrong? Submitted Denny And Kathy's Superstore last week, and still haven't received a confirmation.

Coincidence?

Shortly after this post, I got the confirmation email, thank you. But, coincidentally, the store in question came around with a refund. Do the ResellerRatings staff get in touch with these stores about potential bad reviews? Are they asked to "actively participate at ResellerRatings"?

Unfortunately, I don't generally add a store, except to rant. I've got to start posting more positives about the good stores.

So, what shall I post for the first review of Denny And Kathy's Superstore? Took many back and forth emails for them to come around, and now I'm wondering if there was also a nudge from ResellerRatings?
