Shortly after this post, I got the confirmation email, thank you. But, coincidentally, the store in question came around with a refund. Do the ResellerRatings staff get in touch with these stores about potential bad reviews? Are they asked to "actively participate at ResellerRatings"?
Unfortunately, I don't generally add a store, except to rant. I've got to start posting more positives about the good stores.
So, what shall I post for the first review of
Denny And Kathy's Superstore? Took many back and forth emails for them to come around, and now I'm wondering if there was also a nudge from ResellerRatings?
