Taco Bell sucks!

I had a totally bad experience at Taco Bell #3005 (8949 Folsom Blvd, Sac CA 95826 916-361-5473) yesterday at 11:35am.

I had to buy orders for my family and another and when I went there on foot, there were no signs, and I couldn't get in. Apparently, the lobby was closed according to a employee there who neglected to say why. She said it was drive thru only. And of course, they don't do separate orders during drive thru. Fine. But then they take so long with Order #311 (2 Steak Quesadillas, 6 Hard Tacos, and 1 Club Combo, total cost $14.88), it seemed like 10 minutes. I could put up with that, but the worse part is that your hard tacos were a joke. They are more expensive than ever (89 cents each), didn't have much beef in them, and are smaller with a weak shell, not the tortilla shell of old.

I'm feeling that maybe Taco Bell is losing its edge and more value can come from places like Jimboy's or Dell Taco.

What do you have to say to that?

i think the hard tacos are pretty good still, i usualy order 4 hard tacos and 15, yes 15, hot sauce

I say I'm happy I don't have big restaurants around. We're too isolated. There is a McDo about 30 kms away.

In fact, the only time I heard about Taco Bell is in the Demolition Man movie.

if you think about it, he never cleaned his um.... behind the whole time he was there because he never got the 3 sea shell thing to work lol

Might just be that store. Around here, there are three within easy distance. Two stink! One both literally AND figuratively! The third gives good service and good food. Where do you think we go??

I've found that true of most of the fast-food franchises. Remember, they are "individually owned and operated". And the owner sets the standards for his employees!!

Ever notice those ads that state "at participating stores" ? One nearby Burger King does NOT participate, never has, and has been in business for +15 yrs!! No coupons accepted, no "specials", ever. We don't go there!!


Point is, the whole brand is not bad just because one jerk doesn't know how to run his store!!

all there meat comes precooked in boil-a-bags. (which should be a good thing as far as food safety and quality.)

every time ,every taco bell , gives me the trot's. So I don't eat there.

Chooco, in demo man he cleaned himself right away. He started swearing at that machine that gives out tickets for breaking rules, it spit out the fines on paper and he used them.

Takkkkkoooo Bell is a joke around here. The only one within 1h drive (and there are a lot of places within 1h, even for here)....the only one is combined with a Kentucky Fried Chicken, rofl, that's gross
