Is there a site to customize Win2k?

K I know of the site www.wincustomize.com but I can't find anything that applies to Win2k. Can I even customize Win2k? I know if I can that it'll be limited but is there ANYTHING....geez...XP is actually wwaaaaay more customizable than I ever thought...that puts it a step above what I thought about it before but I still refuse to recommend it to customers/friends.
