I have been with a hosting company for over a year and also referred two other companies to use this particular company to host their website also...
I was uploading my site last night after a major update, and it went fine...
Then I noticed on my menu script a small error and went to upload it again...wouldn't work...
I get an email a few minutes later saying my account was suspended.... WHAT?!!?!...
None of my billing information was changed over the last year, my credit card is fine, and I got NO warning that it didn't go through... They just point blank suspended it...
Why can't they notify you that there is a problem before they turn it off....ticks me off......
I may be looking for a new host for my site and for two companies that I update...
Freakin morons...
