Gas prices ...

I was on my way to Wendy's and gas was $1.16 That's almost decent for me. On my way home look up and it is now $1.35!!! What is going on here??? I am now.

1.40 to 1.60 can be beared if it's for a really short time
1.60 to 1.80 drive to work, and home only

Mike, since you were'nt driving back then you probably didnt notice, but the summer of 2000 gas prices were well over $2.00 for most all summer and didnt go under 1.80$ at the lowest.
At least, that was the case everywhere in michigan I went that summer, from Muskegon on the west coast, to GrandRapids, Lansing and Detroit and everywhere between.

what really ticks you off is that knowing that prices are raised just because a lot of people will be traveling.
